Decathlon Delhi was a great experience, I got just what I needed, we had a great shopping experience, thanks to Anthonina.
Very nice experience here.. Ayush kumar really helped me a lot in finding the right product for me
Worst product and services. I bought this Nabaji swimming goggles from Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj, Delhi, and this goggles come with a 2-year warranty (for manufacturing defects) Water was coming in a lot through these goggles, so I went there thinking I could exchange them because of the warranty. They said this does not fall under manufacturing defects. I couldn’t understand how, if goggles are made to protect the eyes from water and they can't even stop water, then what could be a bigger manufacturing defect than this? Anyway, they outright refused. This 2-year warranty is a complete sham.
Very professional staff. Ragini Ma’am has been very helpful.
Today, I had a great experience at the store. The store has all required equipments and necessities. The staff was extremely good and helpful, I interacted with a staff named Mr. Shiva, he got a great knack for connecting with people and helping them find what they need- that's super valuable in a sport retail role like yours.
Sonia helped me a lot! Very good service👍 …
