Jyoti ji helped a lot.. Thanks
Prem stuff is really good and corporative to customers.
Sonia ji was very helpful during our purchase today.
The product quality is excellent, and they have everything from workout essentials to outdoor adventure equipment. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, always ready to assist in choosing the right products. The store is spacious, well-organized, and easy to navigate, making the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Prices are reasonable, and you can often find good deals. If you're into sports, fitness, or outdoor activities, this store is a must-visit! Highly recommended! I give them top rating and is my emergency stop for every needs. Kudos to the team Regards, Ryan
Good, helpful and supportive staff specially soniya madam
The stuff is good, but your purchase systems are deplorable. Today I went to exchange a jacket carrying the original receipt with me. But the sales manager insisted on the mobile number under which the purchase was made. I gave her my wife’s number adding that she was not present with me. Then she wanted the OTP which had been sent on the mobile phone. I said I’d told you she’s not with me, how do I give you the OTP. Fortunately I could get through to my wife and get the OTP But I found this entire arrangement ridiculous. When I asked her as to why the OTP was necessary, she had no idea about the requirement and started mumbling something about what I if had purchased a dagger, etc. etc. I think this OTP business is carrying whatever concerns you have to foolish level and in future when I shop at Decathlon, if you insist on a mobile number, I will just walk out.
I bought knee cap from there and it was very good all the arrangements and display of items, despite being friendly staff didn’t needed anyone for the items. Overall my experience was good at this store💯 …
Eram was so helpful and kind. She gave me a comprehensive tour of what was available. Got everything I needed and then some. Very satisfied. I will highly recommend coming to this decathlon.
It was nice experience with sonia for buying swimming caps and goggles
