I visited decathlon for shopping rikanshu Assisted me really well he was so help full
Came to Decathalon, Vasant Kunj to service my cycle. I somehow feel the technicians in the cycle workshop section are inexperienced. Within days of getting it serviced, the cycle show the same problems. Moreover, they don’t seem to be customer friendly. They always keep me waiting for a long period of time, often pushing me to go around looking for someone who can actually help me with my cycle servicing needs.
I received exceptional help from Mishank at Decathlon Vasant Kunj Store. He went out of his way to assist me with an online order and was extremely polite and professional throughout. Truly impressed by his dedication to customer service—thank you, Mishank!
**Outstanding Saleswoman - Highly Recommended** Kinshu was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the moment I entered the store, she greeted me with a warm and friendly attitude. She quickly understood my needs and provided personalized recommendations that were spot-on. Her product knowledge was exceptional, and she answered all my questions thoroughly. She was never pushy but very persuasive in the most professional manner, making sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Her patience, attention to detail, and genuine care for her customers set her apart from other salespeople. Kinshu is not just about closing a sale but ensuring her clients are fully satisfied. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-notch service. She made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Five stars! This review highlights her friendliness, product knowledge, and customer-centric approach, essential qualities of an excellent saleswoman.
