I recently visited the Decathlon vasant kunj store and had an incredibly frustrating experience due to the severe shortage of employees. There was hardly anyone available to assist with finding products or answering questions. The few staff members that were around seemed overwhelmed and were unable to provide any help. I had to wander around the store for ages, trying to locate items on my own. Even at the checkout, there was only one register open, leading to long lines and unnecessary delays. It’s clear that customer service was not a priority here. Very disappointed and unlikely to return anytime soon.

A very beautiful and well organised store.....they ont Only have variety of sports items/equipments but also have deep knowledge about their usages and also helps customers to find a suitable one as per their needs. I want to say special thanks to Aarti for helping me to select a good swimsuit for my daughter.
