Decathlon Sports - Vasant Kunj

Wow, what an incredible experience at Decathlon! I was blown away by the vast selection of top-notch sports gear and equipment. The store's layout and organization made it easy to find what I needed, and the prices were unbeatable! The staff, especially Miss Priya, were friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about sports, offering expert advice and recommendations. They helped me find the perfect fit for my needs and even showed me how to use it properly. What impressed me most was the exceptional quality and durability of the products, as well as Decathlon's commitment to sustainability and eco-friendliness. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, Decathlon has something for everyone. I highly recommend this store for all your sports needs!

Good and prompt service

Today, I had such a bad experience with Decathlon store in Vasant Kunj, I bought some iteams with decathlon and also do payment I had bought a cap which I wore on my head and I had just walked 5 meters after getting my iteams checked at the security when a security guard came and made me lie down in the rest room of Decathlon and told me that first you write a letter that you have stolen the cap. I said that I had kept it on my head and I forgot about it, then the security staff of Decathlon and the Decathlon staff started calling me a thief that you have stolen and for the cap worth Rs 500 they told me that you will have to pay 10 times the amount. I said that I will not pay 10 times the amount, I will pay 10 times the amount after that. At the cash counter of Decathlon they did not even give you the receipt for the new bill and the staff and security guard there were very bad.

Fantastic experience. I used to suffer a lot in the swimming pool because of foggy swim goggles. Siddhant Jain really helped me get the right fit and power. Also advised me about the anti fog pen which I’ve been using. I’m so comfortable in the pool with easy sighting and no leaks. Thanks Siddhant

I am still waiting for product to be delivered at my home. The sales agent does not reply, The IVR system of store does not respond. It may be a good store regarding availability of items but support service is really pathetic.
