Definitely would like to order more bats in future . In addition owner Sameer ji is very polite and has good knowledge/experience, came to know lot of new things in selecting the bats . Thank you Sameer Ji once again

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really happy with the customised bat from Team UST. The work exceeded my expectations—excellent balance, great pickup, and premium finishing. I can clearly see the skill and effort put into the customisation. The team was supportive and professional throughout. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality and trust. 🏏👏

I am very old customer of UST.. previously I never face such kind of problem but this time I literally cheated by UST. I bought 2 cricket bats from your delhi shop. I took those bats to Poland to play session cricket here. One bat is broken from the middle after playing a few balls. I contacted to UST on Instagram… they did not responded and ignoring my messages. Really very horrible experience.. I would suggest you guys not to buy any bat from UST. They are not using good wood in bats.

Very reasonable shop. .they give you best advice. We went for cricket kit. And got best quality in reasonable prices. The owner is very humble and polite . Despite rush at shop they handle everyone very nicely.

Looked pricy, wicket keeping inners for 650. Gave 2 bats for repair 1150+500

I purchased a cricket bat from UST Cricket in Delhi while ordering from Finland, and I am extremely happy with the experience. The bat has amazing ping and perfect balance. They gave me priority and recommended a bat that truly suits my playing style. The quality is top-notch—trusted, authentic English willow and completely genuine. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality and reliability. Big thanks to Jitansh Kohli for the excellent service!

Excellent place to purchase all your sports related items. All persons are nice in nature and polite. Always suggest you the right thing to do. Reasonable prices.

I recently had an SRT Profile bat custom-made by UST, and the entire experience was exceptional. A special thanks to Jitansh Kohli, Director at UST, who personally kept me updated at every stage of the process. Despite me being in Dubai and the bat being made in India, I received regular updates right from the selection of the willow through to the final finishing and dispatch. The bat was delivered to my home in the UAE remarkably quickly. Coming to the bat itself , the quality and purity of the English Willow are outstanding. What impressed me most is the balance and pickup; despite the substantial SRT profile, it feels beautifully balanced in the hands. And the ping is absolutely brilliant — crisp, powerful and exactly what you expect from a premium English Willow bat. Excellent craftsmanship, great attention to detail and, above all, outstanding personal service from Jitansh and the UST team. A truly premium custom-bat experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!
