I recently visited the Decathlon store in Karol Bagh, and the experience was truly impressive. The store is well-organized, spacious, and offers a wide range of sports and fitness products for beginners as well as professionals. From gym wear, running shoes, and trekking equipment to accessories for almost every sport, everything is available under one roof with clear sections and proper guidance. What really made my visit special was the excellent customer service, especially by Monu Kumar. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Monu took the time to understand my requirements, explained product features in detail, and suggested the best options according to my needs and budget. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the shopping experience smooth and comfortable. The trial areas, product quality, and reasonable pricing further add value to the store. Billing was quick, and the staff was courteous throughout the process. Overall, Decathlon Karol Bagh stands out for its product range, cleanliness, and outstanding customer support. A special thanks to Monu Kumar for his exceptional service. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality sports gear and a great shopping experience

Thank you. Editing my review from 5 star to 1 star. Ordered one product from their website, they send me used old product and issue with size, with no option of return or exchange. Also pathetic customer service (Ai dependent, no human interection). Save your money, don't purchase.

I went to buy some trekking stuff at the Pusa Road Branch, I was very confused as there was so much to explore until Aaditi Malhotra came and helped me a lot in getting what I actually needed. She was very understanding, polite and helpful.Coming here again super soon!!!

Kunal Thakur at Decathlon is truly outstanding in his work. He is बेहद knowledgeable and understands customer needs perfectly before suggesting products. His polite behavior, friendly attitude, and professional approach make the whole shopping experience बहुत smooth और comfortable हो जाता है. He goes the extra mile to help and ensures you leave satisfied. ऐसे staff की वजह से ही Decathlon में shopping का experience next level बन जाता है. Highly recommended!
