I recently visited Decathlon, and I’m genuinely impressed with the overall experience. The store is well-organized, the product range is massive, and everything is easy to find. But what truly made my visit special was the assistance provided by Anshuka. She was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and patient. She helped me choose the right products based on my needs and explained every detail clearly. Her customer service was outstanding and made the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Great Sports Store with Excellent Variety Decathlon Store, Karol Bagh mein bahut accha experience raha. Yahan sports gear ka wide range hai, jaise Camping, Trekking, cricket, football, aur running shoes. Quality bhi bahut achi hai, aur prices reasonable hain. Staff friendly aur helpful hai, jo zarurat par assistance dete hain. Store kaafi clean aur organized hai, aur trial rooms bhi available hain. Location convenient hai aur parking bhi milti hai. Main zaroor recommend karunga!

Non supporting staff, only interested in dealing with girls shoppers. I went today for shoping of a waterproof shoe but staff was not interested in male shopers, as soon as girls left he left also to some other section.

Had a really pleasant experience at Decathlon, especially because of Anshita. She was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful throughout. She patiently understood what I was looking for and guided me really well.

Overall it was a good experience. shersingh has helped us a lot. He is doing well with his job. Good service.

Karol bagh has got a brand new decathlon store. It is on first and s cond floor. As far as parking is concerned, I was told by the guard that customers can bring in their car and parking for half an hour. I am not sure how that would work since a lot of people brining in their car would make parking impossible as the space is less. I came here on the opening day so there was less rush. Staff is courteous and interior looks good. They have marked calories burned on every staircase you take. I am not sure if lift is available as I took the staircase directly.
