Misleading people or they don't have correct knowledge. I was planning to look at cycles ((mtb) at various stores and buying my bike the next day. I bought a Raleigh Conan 29er. Giving one star after getting to know cycling. The shopowner misleaded me to buy a bigger frame size which didn't suit me. It has badly affected my body. I regret buying from here.

They are one of the nicest people in Delhi to get your bikes and other stuff. The owners are very soft spoken and can give you very good deals compared to other people.

Great Place for Gifts

Nice collection for kids and adults. Prices are also good. Expensive if compared to Karol Bagh but considering the time and effort one would spare for the Karol Bagh Rawal cycle is a good choice.

"They have a huge collection of bicycles". Considering this review, I purchased a Allwyn Unifier XR 900A from them at Rs. 9500. The cycle is so poor in quality. Starting from day 1, its brakes are not working. There is a creaking sound from handlebar. I am frustrated with this purchase. Too bad!

Few weeks ago I got my bikes serviced from Rawal Cycle Works and after a week I found one of the expensive part *replaced by them* loose and till the time I visited the shop on my way it get lost and also 1 point to be noted I gave them 100 rupees to tight the nuts and bolts and till that time my brakes were also and I was even not able to use them . Then for what we paid them 100 rupees? . Worst experience shop need to improve

Owner & staff members alway interested in promoting local brands to customers. They are trained to sell available stock only, when you ask for branded variety they either reply xyz model / color is out of stock in company or abc model is not good / discontinued because they only want to sell local brands for maximum profit and they have very limited stock of branded articles. They dont have any idea of their stock in godown as they dont maintain any computerized billing. They ask you for Rs 500 deposit and wait for a week to order bicycle for you from company. They dont even want to assemble your cycle in front of you to change / replace some branded / good quality spares with local ones. Already assembled displayed bicyles look almost second hand / used. These are our true experiences with you (based on 100% facts, not allegations). Your audio and video clips can't prove anything wrong. Please check they are many more unsatisfied customers claiming such experiences with you. They also said that we have a long list of customers in this area as we are the only & old dealer of Kross cycles in this area, we have fixed sales of 15 cycles daily, so if few customers returns back unsatisfied it doesn't matters to us.

Earlier the shop used to sell good quality stuff. But now they've just become a money minting business selling cycles and bikes at high prices saying that the quality is excellent. And then the next day itself there is a problem with the cycle. They'll tell you 'we told you there are no guarantees' . This has happened to me twice. The first time,they sold a costly cycle to me , it didnt run smoothly. I thought ok sometimes these things happen. Then i bought an electric bike from them. That too broke down within a week! So just be careful. Better go to cycle market for better stuff.

Both the owner brothers are excellent, though I prefer the younger being more polite and always smiling.... Excellent shop....very reasonable prices...so far brought 4 cycles from them in last 10 years....my 29 inches tyres Raleigh is best...
