The service was extremely good
Never visit this shop as they will sell you cheapest quality products. I bought lots of baby products and none of them lasted more than a month. Upon asking he says - Baby ka saman hai, zada thodi na chalega. Bakwas shop hai. Kabhi mat jana. Loot lega...
This store is not even worth giving 1 star, worst after sales and customer experience. These people does not care after their product is sold, if by any chance you visit them for any service need....they'll start ignoring you and you'll feel disrespectful. I would NOT recommend anybody to buy any product from this store......worst cycle store of Delhi...

Amazing place and great after sales service. I recently visited Singla cycles and had a fantastic experience. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, helping me find the perfect bike for my needs. The store had a wide variety of bicycles, catering to both beginners and experienced riders. The customer service was exceptional, with the staff taking the time to answer all my questions and provide valuable insights into different bike models. They were patient and didn't rush me into making a decision. The store's atmosphere was welcoming, making the entire shopping process enjoyable. Additionall singla cycles offers a range of accessories and gear, ensuring I could get everything I needed in one place. The pricing was fair, and they had some great deals on packages that included essential accessories. I appreciate the attention to detail in assembling and tuning the bike before handing it over to me. The staff ensured that it fit me perfectly and gave me some tips on maintenance. Overall, my experience at singla cycles was outstanding. I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a quality bike and excellent customer service. I'll definitely be returning for any future cycling needs.
