Devtaru Bike Retail

I. Have. Brought. A. Cycle. From. Fire. Fox. Showroom. Which. Is. In. Cr. Park. Near. Gk 2. The. Manager. Is. Very. Responsible. For. All. The. Things. And. He. had. Made. a. Showroom. Very. Best. And. He. Explained. Me. Gear.and. All.

Showroom owner's behavior seems to be weird and rude. He behaves as if he is giving these cycles for free. Moreover, I ve bought 03 cycles in last 5 years but it was not a good experience with this showroom.

Very customer friendly approach to business. Provide correct advice to users based on their requirements. Nice collection of bikes and accessories.

Its one of those pretentious shops for the rich cycle buyers. If you are looking a medium range cycle or servicing they WILL over charge you. But you are looking for a service like that perfect for you.

There were no ladies Cycles, when I went. Only kids and boys ,with gears. All accessories were available. So I'm still waiting for an affordable, simple, ladies cycle (24")to be in stock soon.

Great location....right on the CR park main road...one stop shop for all your cycling needs....wide range of accessories...best part is their owner - Rajvinder is himself a cyclist so he understands and suggest accordingly...would definitely recommend these guys!!👍 …

Nice models of Cycle. But I like Firefox.

Owner is too rude and not customer focused at all.. He will have all the reasons not to listen to customer grievance and feedback but will argue for all the wrong reasons.. Patience level is too low, in retail industry you need to listen and serve your customers may it be any value of purchase.. Place not recommended only because of the attitude of the owner.. Too disappointed since I had bought my daughter's 1st Firefox bicycle and had to come back again the very next day due to the tyre bursting issue without even using the bicycle once.. Will be writing to Firefox as well since as per the owner the brand doesn't listen to the customer at all. Will try my luck with Firefox..

Its good bike show room having veriety of bikes of different brands so that we can choose according to budget. In November 2018 i bought Montra Backbeat bike. After searching in many areas i found my choice of bike in this showroom. Proprietor nice and handle the customer like professional. One star less for accessories sold here is too expensive, we can get same quality accessories in Decathlon much cheaper price. I just compared the both accessories, but the price is heavy. However bicycle price is reasonable as per the brand and quality.

I bought my bike from devratu, got an really amazing deal on the bike also the accessories..... They also gave a really helpful demo which was important for me, as I was new to cycling. I highly recommend devtaru if you are planning to purchase a bike for yourself. The owners know the stuff they are selling, it's not like you pick a bike and ride it to home... They will give their expert advice.. And will also explain the pros and cons of buying a MTB, road, or fat boy bicycle. Thank you Devtaru for the amazing deal, and great customer dealing. Cheers to you!!
