Worst Experience Ever – Unprofessional and Irresponsible Service I gave my cycle for servicing **twice** at this shop, and both times it ended in disappointment. During the **first service**, they **carelessly put oil in the disc brakes**, after which the brakes stopped working properly. I immediately informed them, but they casually said, *"Bhaiya, it will start working after some time."* Not only did the brakes remain ineffective, but they also started making a loud noise. Since then, they kept **delaying** the resolution and refused to take responsibility. Now, to make matters worse, the **owner is denying** everything and blaming me—saying I put the oil myself, which is absolutely false. After getting no help from them, I visited another experienced mechanic who clearly told me that **oil should NEVER be applied to disc brakes**. Now my disc brake system is damaged, and I’ll have to **replace it entirely**, which is going to cost me a lot. It’s clear that they have **unskilled and unprofessional workers** who **ruined my cycle**. I highly recommend avoiding this shop if you care about your bike and your safety.

Loved experience and staff is too polite

Terrible service. I’ve used this cycle since I bought it 3 years ago, and the chain has never come off. I replaced my burst tube for ₹170, but the worker didn’t tighten the chain properly. I fell within an hour, and my medical expenses were 7 times the cost of the tube. When I confronted him, he refused to take any responsibility and is now asking for ₹100 to ₹150 to "repair" the problem he caused. This is completely careless and unprofessional. And my tube has been purchased from Lamba only 3 times and it always bursts

I live in Amritsar I decided to make the purchase from Delhi after hearing good things and I wasn’t disappointed. The price was very reasonable compared to other stores and the quality of the cycle is excellent I recently purchased an Allwn cycle for my son from Lamba Cycle in Laxmi Nagar new delhi and I must say I’m extremely satisfied with the overall experience I highly recommend others to visit….
