LUTHRA CYCLE STORE

The owner is very rude. He is very greedy. He really cheat us by selling cycle and spare with high rate. Moreover, he didn't give me service of my bicycle which I bought from there.

Nice collection of bicycles and owners are very polite.

excellent collection and purchase process is very smooth, Well packaged product. Very pleased with the service and would be happy to purchase from them again.

Best collection I have seen in the cycle shop and the owners are very helpful they guided me which bike meets my needs since I was a beginner..........

The one they put in display are available for sale. Limited stock. Delivered cycle with lots of scratches and missing bolts. Owner behaviour is rude. Not really happy with the services they provided.

Wonderful customer service as owner himself explained everything about all the models available at there shop. I will recommend to all the parents who have no idea which cycle to buy for there kids as owner (Sachin Ji) will guide you properly.

We recently bought Cycle for my Daughter as Their Pricing & Variety is Very Reasonable, They Provide good service as we have been to Luthra Cycle many times. One of Owner Sachin Luthra is Very Courteous & helpful always. Cheers to Team Luthra Cycle..Keep it up!!

Post Sale Service: No Words. Very BAD. BAD. and BAD. Nature of the owner very RUDE and WORST after sale services. Purchased Two Cycles from them. Three Services were Free. Still Waiting for 1st Service. Visited 4 times to them for first free service. Due to Office, we have times only on Sunday. Always denied due to Sunday. Then 5th time, we discussed with them and agreed to leave Cycle on Sunday and will take back on Monday evening. When we reached their on Sunday , again he denied very rudely. I will never ever going to visit that shop again due to their wrong commitments. A Small Advice for All: No doubt they have good variety in Cycles but they DO NOT have sense how to deal will customer. Please look out for other cycle store near by you. Thanks. Manoj

Value able advice, decent price. What else you expect man. Thanks Sachin and Kapil Bhaiya :)

It's the best cycle store, as far as I have experienced so far.. They offer the best product, keeping the essential needs, in mind, of a customer.. The owner, by himself, takes up position in helping us browsing the store, and very patiently, serves the product, which certainly lives upto the expectations of one's needs, at the most optimum price.. Last, but certainly not the least, one's experience of visiting this store, will undoubtedly not go in vain..
