Good vehicle and best staff

In order to create awareness amongst brotheren about cycling as a measure to fight against Pollution, I had cycled from Rajghat to Ayodhya (approx 700 km) from 7th to 12th Nov 23. In the process and due to my age I needed a cycle which could support me in this endeavour. And thankfully I visited this Store and Pratap. They guided and advised me to purchase this cycle and I am glad I did the same. To sum up I would only say that I not only cycled 700 km, but cycled around 160 km in one full charge with prudent use of the features of this cycle. Friends if I can cycle at this age, you youths can always create miracles. Without any hesitation, based on my experience, I would recommend this cycle and cycling as a measure to fight against pollution. Once again a big thank to this store and Pratap.

I bought a bike from Motorrad, and it's been a disaster. The seat revolves while riding—a major safety hazard. Despite contacting them repeatedly for over a month, they haven’t fixed this basic issue. It's shocking, especially since Dhoni endorses them. Clearly, they care more about flashy marketing than customer safety. Don’t waste your money here!

Best electric bicycle store in delhi and best service support

Good experience of this cycle and owner Mr. Pratap is good person and well behave. And service is also well. Thanx Mr. Pratap to give a good service andsupport.

Bought cycle 6 months ago . Best in it’s category but the service people take upto weeks just to fix a tire puncture. My throttle broke and they arent picking up calls or answering.
