Delhi By Cycle

I had a great experience cycling through Old Delhi. I felt very sevure with our guides Jessica and Faiz. They have taken care of us very nicely. We went in some places I would never have been on my own. And the breakfast was really good.

We booked three different tours with Delhi By Cycle and each was fun and informative in its own way. Delhi is not an easy city to explore on your own, so do yourself a favor and book Himanshu and his crew.

It was an amazing tour orchestrated by Delhibycycle and beautifully explained by Himanshu and captured by Ayush. At least, i did not know this much about Mehrauli and Delhi. I'll probably join them again for another tour.

It was great having a tour with the first Delhi bike tour company! The owner / tour guide is really friendly and professional, and I had a very fun time. The tour also included a chai stop, and a food stop.

100% recommend "Delhi by Cycle", run by a knowledgeable, hardworking & fun team. We did the food walking tour in Old Delhi and we were so impressed with the organisation, knowledge, & generosity from the team. We had lots of delicious, varied & great street food. They were happy to accommodate all requirements & nothing seemed too much trouble for their guests. To top it off it's excellent value for money. Fully recommend & def not just for tourists either!

I got chance to go on a bike tour named Shahjahan Tour. The experience was really immersive, we biked through the chaotic but charming lanes of Old Delhi. Our guide Ahmer was a real storyteller and has deep knowledge of every nook and corner of the locality. Every building has a story to tell. Cherry on the top was the delicious chai on a calm street and then Mutton Nihari with Khameeri Roti at Famous Karim's..... yummmmm! This was one of the highlights of a recent trip to India. Setting off in the cold dawn and cycling through old Delhi streets as the chai stalls were opening up - so atmospheric! We saw so many fascinating places we would never have seen without our wonderful guide Sonali. She was warm, well informed and gave us both breadth and depth in her commentary- and was always ready to answer unexpected questions! I loved her passion for Chandni Chowk, old Delhi’s main thoroughfare- and how it epitomises the melting pot that is India. The ride is not strenuous but The bikes take a little getting used to and you really have to concentrate when riding - to avoid people and potholes! Highly recommend this company.

We did the old Delhi tour. Sonali and Faiz did a great job giving us a lot of insight and beautiful experience! We were with our 2 young kids and they made sure they enjoyed as well. Security was a huge concern of us as traffic can be hectic and stressful but they were always securing the way for us. Highly recommend this experience!

Participated in Shahjanabad by cycle with guides Shivam & Mukesh. Highly recommend! You’ll see a side and depth of Delhi you won’t be able to on foot or with traditional guides. You’ll hear about Mughal and British Indian history, and you’ll be able to get an idea of how the grand havelis and canals of Chandni Chowk have been swallowed by time and population growth. The guides are delights to be with and very knowledgeable about the subject matter. The route is full of new sights, sounds and smells. You’ll be able to see Mughal era fortifications, homes and temples + mosques and see how they evolved through the British Raj to what they are today. You’ll be provided with water, food and chai on the way.
