Delhi By Cycle

I participated in the Delhi by Cycle tour on June 8th with Ahmer as our guide. Unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The bike seats were quite uncomfortable, and Ahmer provided minimal information about the sights, including no explanation at all about Agrasen ki Baoli, which was disappointing. We also had very limited time for taking photos.To improve, I recommend offering more detailed explanations, more comfortable bike seats, and healthier snack options like bananas or apples instead of chai. The chai provided wasn't good either. Overall, the tour is overpriced for the experience and should be cheaper than 600.

I’ve been booking spots with DBC for over a year, but due to bad luck, I always had to postpone or get a refund. Last weekend, I finally joined my first bike tour - a special ride for the Tulip Festival at Chanakya. It was a well-organized 15 km tour (covering Nizamuddin to Chanakya to Safdarjung), perfectly on schedule, and an absolute delight. As JFK once said, “Nothing compares to the simple pleasure of riding a bike.” Add “with a group,” and you have DBC. Highly recommend!

Unsafe! I signed up for the lodhi art district cycle tour. They make you cycle on the main roads during peak hours and that too in groups of 20 or more! And the main road cycling is for the majority of the tour. Very unsatisfied

We as a group of 7 did this and it was brilliant very informative and was seeing the unseen back streets of delhi that you wouldn't have got to see on foot, would never have dreamed of doing this on my own it was well supervised, highly recommend it with this company

One of the most memorable experiences during my time in Delhi. Loved the tour, the vibe, the feeling of cycling with so many people together and visiting monuments. Made my Sunday morning.

I liked the cycle tour which we took from Old Delhi to CP to India Gate and then to breakfast. Cycling was good and safe, a great way to see the city on a fixed gear bike. Guides helpful and knowledgeable. Helmets provided. It was very hot when we went and I wonder whether the tour might have been three hours instead of four. It was a very relaxed pace. We went somewhere for breakfast right at the end of the tour, so you should eat before you go. Also breakfast was chole bhature if you like that. Rs 2000 per person.

Very nice experience and a good informative guide. If you come from the West be prepared that you can see some shocking things. But that’s the way it is in India and some other places in the world. Good education for the ones who are not sattisfied about their own country in economical and politic way. The guide was very good and friendly. I can recommand this tour for everybody on the first days of their visite.

I cannot recommend the Shahjahan tour more highly. It was Day 1 for us in Delhi and there is no better way to start to see and understand this bit of the Old City. The bikes were great, the sensitivity and knowledge of our wonderful guides so impressive and the care they took to ensure we were okay was reassuring to say the least. We are two people in our (late!) 50s of average cycling ability and we loved it!

Great experience exploring Old-Delhi by bicycle. Great guidance from Drhiti and Faiz made it an unforgettable trip. The mix of awakening of Old Delhi and the hectic later makes it special.
