Agar kisi ko cycle leni ho toh yahi se le bhot acchi service hai aur price bhi affordable hai

⭐️⭐️ (2/5) I am an intermediate cyclist and recently moved to this area. Since this was the only shop I knew nearby, I purchased an MTB from here. I clearly requested a 29er with specific components, but the staff convinced my parents (who are not familiar with cycling specifications) to purchase a 26er old-stock bike instead. It was priced higher than it should be for the model and year. At the time of purchase, we were promised one year warranty support and free servicing, including replacement of defective parts if approved by the company. Unfortunately, my experience after purchase was disappointing. During one service visit, my rear disc brake pads were returned damaged. When I questioned it, I was told they broke because I “used only one brake,” which is technically incorrect. As someone familiar with bicycle mechanics, I knew this explanation was not accurate at all . I was then asked to pay for the replacement. On another occasion during the rainy season, I left the bike for servicing. It remained at the shop for several hours and was kept outside in heavy rain. Afterward, I was told rain exposure causes no issues and was advised to simply “remove the water.” However, when I later took the bike to another shop nearby, they performed a proper service and the bike ran noticeably smoother and better than ever before with fineness. Recently, I visited for a minor adjustment that required minimal work, but I was charged an unexpectedly high amount. In my opinion, the shop is polite during sales but less transparent when it comes to specifications, servicing standards, and pricing. I would advise new cyclists to double-check specifications and costs before purchasing. Spare parts may be available here, but for precise mechanical work, I would personally recommend exploring other options. Overall rating: 2/5.

Best experience and best purchase. This is the best shop. This is not a fack comment or review. It is a genuine review from a customer who purchased Avon cycle like 7 months ago and they gave me the best service... I will highly recommend this shop...

Best bicycle shop in the locality. Very fair pricing, honest advice, and quick assembly with reliable maintenance services

Rampal Cycle Store is definitely the best place in Noida to buy a bicycle. They have a fantastic collection for all age groups, from kids to professional cyclists. The owner is very honest and provides great suggestions based on your specific needs rather than just selling expensive models. Their after-sales service and repair work are also very reliable and reasonably priced. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality cycles and genuine service!
