Very bad experience. Spent 28k for a mattress which has developed extreme amount of back pain to all family members. Store team responded well to all queried but failed to provide a satisfactory solution like refund or exchange. Now a brand new mattress is lying with me without usage. Wasted my hard earned money. Better to visit company owned experience stores for wide variety and satisfactory purchase and after sales support. Edit, Response to your reply:- You are literally not at all even aware about the case and writing a generic reply. Plastic cover of the mattress is still intact and the mattress is just lying in one corner of my house totally wasted. Coming to your second point of customisation my requirement was 78*72 and post measuring the bed customisation dimensions are 77.75*71.50 which definitely is not something which differs too much from standard 78*72 that i have been denied any solution. Also, if as per you sitting for 30 mins to an hours time on the mattress is the trial what brand offers then I'm sorry that is not even close to basics of the industry as human body takes atleast a month to get adjusted to a new mattress. Moreover, I will look forward for the resolution to the issue instead of this war of words on Google as I can literally go on because it's my hard earned money which I have got cheated off.
