A trustworthy and responsive owner who gives you the best wholesale rate for the branded items. For any kitchenware, you can blindfolded trust this shop
Best owners are Shivam Mathur and Raj Mathur. Variety of kitchen ware.
This place is in the hub of a very famous market with all possible kitchen facilities available under one roof. I totally love the variety that the showroom offers, for budgeted shopping as well as luxury. I will definitely come back for more.
I am really impressed by the level of customer service at this place. Shivam went above and beyond to help us get the exact items we were after. He even got them delivered to our place with options to choose from. I highly recommend visiting them.
The shop is amazing and the owner is extremely humble and helpful
Bought some appliances for my sister's wedding gifts. The owners Raj and Shivam arre very friendly. Shivam especially was well aware of our needs. He helped us by offering some nice deals which helped us save money. Definitely visit the store, if you are looking for value for your money.
Worst customer support, as per them if you buy it yesterday and checked the item whether you like it or not you have to keep it because you opened the plastic wrapper of the box. I bought 3 items and don't like one of them, but can't return it because I opened the wrapper. It's better we buy from Amazon at least I can return in 7 days if I don't like the product or it doesn't work. Never going to do business with them again.
