This shop has variety of kitchen ware but most of the stuff is very old, kept there since years. Also the problem is the shop owner. He has a very bad attitude. After you have handed over the money to him, he doesn't care. He does not even listen to customer complaints and will ignore you and keep taking to other new customers. The boxes are old so if you want to buy something to gift it to someone, you will get a "Fata Purana" box. I used to buy a lot of stuff from this shop ignoring the attitude of this person, but now I will not. If you go to his shop, try to talk to him and you will know for yourself.
Nice utensils shop. They have most of the daily items you may need in a modern kitchen. In case they don't they are helpful to order it from the distributors. The rates are fair compared to other Dwarka shops. The staff is courteous and helpful. The staff home delivered my order as they had to request the specific item I was looking at.
Great customer service. Quick dispatch & delivery. I had an issue with part of my order with a faulty product, I called straight away & followed up with an phone as requested by customer service, they replied quickly & resolve the issued. I was impressed and very satisfied with the resolution. I highly recommend Kitchenware, I will definitely shop offline with them again in the future. Great service & prices.
Bahut hi badhiya crockery collection! 🍽️ Yahan quality bhi achhi hai aur designs bhi ekdum शानदार hain. Ghar ke liye sundar crockery kharidne ka best place! Highly recommended. 👍 …
