Pathetic owner.. Don't expect warranty for product. I went for Milton thermo steel bottle for replacement as it was not keeping the water hot. At the time of sale they didn't show you the bottle with pouring hot water but at the time of replacement they will check it with hot water and try to keep the product scratch free, if possible clean it with you tongue and keep in safe. Main thing they have stake in Milton, on day of manufacturing they buy the product.. duffer ..bottle has manufacturing date 17th april 18 and owner consider it as warranty date...
I had a horrible experience here, I wanted to buy a biryani pot, and the one I selected did not have the right lid, so I requested them to give me the original lid that came with the pot. They kept giving me different lids trying to convince me that it will work fine, but I insisted that I only need the original one. They would have spent at least 20 minutes, trying to figure out the lid, only in the end to say that they didn’t have it. Horrible experience, very mismanaged shop, never going back again. Please don’t shop from here. You will only waste your time.
