I would like to share my experience with Sanjay Crockery house. I visited the store in the month of March regarding purchases for my new restaurant opening. I met a middle-aged staff member, around 50–55 years old, and shared a complete list of items along with the required quantities. I requested pricing details and a quotation so that I could properly plan my budget and decide whether to increase or decrease the quantity of items if needed. However, the attitude of the staff member was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. He said that only if I purchased the goods would he provide the pricing card; otherwise, he would not share it. If a customer is visiting your store, taking out time, and asking for a quotation, it clearly means that he is genuinely interested in purchasing products. No businessman travels from another state to Delhi just to waste time or for sightseeing. Providing quotations and pricing details is an important part of professional business dealings because customers need them to plan and finalize their budgets. The attitude of “buy first, then we will share pricing” is not appropriate and reflects poorly on customer service. I also found the behavior and expressions of the staff member very disrespectful and irritating. Such behavior should never be shown to any customer. I request the owners to please pay attention to the professionalism and behavior of their staff and train them to attend customers properly and respectfully. This was my personal experience, and I hope the management takes it seriously for better customer service in the future.
