Why run an online store when you don't want to respond to your customer queries. I read the other review and was hesitant to try this site but its true uncooperative customer care , COD option is shown on the book but can't be opted while ordering, etc.. Stay away from this site buy from amazon. Worst service Negative Responsiveness, Quality, Value

It is taking more than 20 days to deliver the order. Even though if there is any difficulty in delivery at least update the order status it's showing "processing" since last 20 days. Is it that difficult to take a book from the shelf pack it and deliver it. I could have come to the given address and picked up myself still I could save 15 days!! Pathetic service, non responsive staff Negative Responsiveness, Professionalism

I had purchased "History of Precolonial India" from bookswagon, they delivered the book on the given date. The condition of book was good. Satisfied from the service of bookswagon.

Just avoid this website! i had ordered a book on the 9th of august and it's already the 19th of august and still no notif or status update, i contacted them and emailed them but there was no response..I am quite worried to even cancel because i'm not so sure if they'll even refund judging from everything that's happened..Atleast change the order status and update your customers, this is the same as scamming..
