There are lots of books, new and old both available at good price. And also you can buy books and notebooks at rate of kilos like 200 rupees per kilos 300 rupees per kilos. It is also known as Daryaganj book market. Specially on sunday there are massive quantity of books available and other days it is normal.
Original book not available. Local printers book available at best price. Good collection. But price wise its not that cheap.

So, at first it is only for the bookworms. And the place is nice but crowded. And you have to search a lot for the book which you wanted. But, if you have a burning desire to study and analyse then, it is a nice place to visit. And it provides you with a lot of books. It has ocean of books to search from. And they sell mainly second hand or pirated books. And if you wanted a hardcover book then you should go for the online sites.
They have vast varieties of books and stationary products at very reasonable price. You can find books and copy being sold as kilograms basis

It's also worth mentioning that leading publishing houses are also located within the by roads. The weekly market on Sunday is the most famous and worthy. Even on weekdays, one can get books, stationary items by weight. For a student/book lover, this place is paradise.

It's a heaven for bookworms! All types of books are here novels, textbooks , magazine, comics, name any book it's available for cheaper rates. One can buy in bulk, on weight, any way one wants. If you are good at bargaining you can make worth a collection for a small investment !! It's a big market, it'll take at least 4-5 hours to completely visit each and every shop present there.
