I ordered Alphanso box yesterday 12 pcs among those 6-7mangoes are rotten , my whole joy of serving mangoes got spoilled in front of family members. They charge 1200/- for these mangoes. Very bad first time experience.

I ordered organic Alphanso with them and most of the pieces were rotten. When I contacted the owner he was least bothered and ignored my messages. I would give them poor rating and would not recommend them at all. Don't buy they will fool you with their high-price high-quality commitment. I wrote this so you don't get fooled. ------------- Edited - in response of Brand I feel it's my duty to give genuine feedback with details to all of you. Hence , I am expanding my review here as i dont see an option to reply on brand's response. I purchased mangos for 1700Rs for 12 pieces on the owner's commitment where he said it would be A grade mangoes which you would not find easily. As a lover of mango I believed him and bought them. Then, when i opened the first mango i was taken aback to see it is rotten from inside, then i thought it's a fruit and can be rotten from inside and let's try different one then I opened another one which was also rotten. When I found 2/4 are rotten I was very disappointed and texted owner that i am not happy for which he replied that we can compensate in next orders. I felt okay and thought other mangoes will be better, then 1 day later, I opened another 3 mangoes which were also rotten. I went again to owner saying - "All mangoes are rotten and what's the solution?". To which he saw and not replied. That's when i went to social media where i saw other people also been cheated by them. That's when i wrote this review. To which he got afraid of my review and texted me to compensate for 6 mangoes.( I am not sure how he calculated that number. For me it should be minimum 9 pieces as 9 were completely rotten which went to dustbin and 3 were 20% rotten.) I ignored the quanitity which he offered and said this could happen and please send another 6 as i would like to have long term relationship with you as I would like to eat good quality mangoes. To which he said, he wanted me to delete the message first and then only he would deliver. I am highly disappointed with them and please buy at your own risk. Attaching SS for the chat as well
