Very high prices. I bought because of medical emergency, however they didn't deliver one of the items saying out of stock. It's been almost 2 months and i am still waiting for refund.

If the price of Tamato had risen from 30 to 45 they did not supplied Tamato and their delivery boy lied that the reason for not supplying Tamato is that of quality Tamato was not available.

PATHETIC - I ordered 3 days ago with full advance payment - I havnt received anything till today. Website claims to send order next day but its been 3 days that i am calling them and sending them emails but no response.

It is great website in term of selling fresh fruits and vegetables and I am also happy to know that they are offering direct products from farmers. Deliver also on time with the full billing system. Thanks for the great work and service. Keep it up 👍👌

I ordered the vegetables from the website and got everything on time. However there were few issues with the freshness of product for which I contacted the team and they helped right away by providing fresh vegetables on next day itself. very good customer support. Looking forward to order frequently from them.

The delivery is very unreliable there no update when order will be delivered It takes almost four to five days to get one single delivery. On the website they mentioned wrongly it is same day delivery. Customer care number no one picks up or knows what is going on. Very bad management by the promoters.

We ordered on 11th July and paid amount in advance but till date package not delivered. False promise of 10 min 15 min and then mobile phone switch Off ... how come 5 start rating to him... give them 0 rating

Vegetari is perhaps the worst experience I have had in all my years of shopping online. I placed an order with them on Aug 8, 2021. Their website claims next day delivery. However, my order was delivered 3 days later at 10 pm in the night, after numerous follow-up phone calls from my side and numerous excuses from the seller. Then, to add insult to injury, I received vegetables that were either stale or of extremely poor quality - for instance, most of the potatoes were rotten; some of the parwal was of very small size, more like kundru and completely unusable; the garlic was miniature, like nothing I have ever seen before and the Arbi was rock hard. I am attaching images of the vegetables received as proof. As if this wasn't enough, the other items in the shipment did not match what I had ordered - I placed an order for desi tomatoes (and was charged extra for this). I was instead sent hybrid tomatoes. I ordered Fresh Ridge Gourd (Turai) for Rs 73/500 gms but was sent Ridge Gourd Hybrid (Tori), priced at Rs 55/500 gms. I brought all these discrepancies to the attention of the seller and requested a refund since the vegetables were of unacceptable quality. He flatly refused and instead offered to replace it with better quality goods. However, that too did not happen. As far as I am concerned, Vegetari is running a highly unprofessional business, aimed at taking gullible customers for a ride. I am never ordering from the site again and would strongly advise others to stay away as well.
