A local hub for house hold veggies and fruits. Best price to get raw .
Good fruit and vegetable market has a lot of variety of vegetables and fresh vegetables and fruits nearest metro station is Sarojini Nagar. Also available tasty sweets and chowmein at nearby stalls. Watch out for cows and pickpockets Gujjars nai kabja kar rakha hai sarkari quarters and parks ka illegally and also have built 4floor buildings by bribing the engineer.
It was a very small vegetables market in 2006-07 and people used to buy vegetables from Sarojini Nagar market but slowly the Pillanji vegetables market started gaining popularity due to reasonable pricing and Sarojini Nagar market vegetable sellers lost the competition n changed their shops to clothes or other items shop. Slowly the fruit sellers also shifted to one end of the vegetables market from the X-Y block side near Ratan Chand Arya public school.At present due compulsory shifting and vacation of govt.flats this market is getting buyers from Pillanji only.Over all a good vegetables market selling at reasonable rates.
There's nothing like a shop or something. Its just the extended Phillanji Vegetables Market. If you are searching for hygienic fruits then will not suggest you the place. If you are searching for reasonable price then you can buy. Opens at 6:00 in the evening till 10:30 in the night. Place is heavily crowded because of the subzi mandi nearby.
