Fresh Produce Shoppe

1. I don't know about other reviews, seems fake or paid though. But my experience with Fresh Produce Shopee was very disappointing and utterly unprofessional on their part. 2. I was looking for fruits and vegetables delivery, came across #freshproduceshoppe. On a trail basis, I ordered fruits worth Rs.418 on 23rd May'23 (#3524). Payment was via COD and my area was deliverable. 3. On 24th May evening around 04:00PM, I received an email, that I have cancelled my own order. What the heck. Here a customer is waiting for his order to get delivered and these folks from #freshproduceshoppe scrapped my order without any intimation and blaming the customer that he cancelled the order. 4. When I called the customer service number provided on their website, a lady picked up the call. 5. Upon enquiry, they again tried to pass the cancellation fiasco on the customer. When it was made clear, that I didn't cancelled the order, they had a new excuse and then she wasn't sure if she's right or had any surety about the reason she's providing. 6. The excuse given was "PROBABLY orders below Rs.400 doesn't get through, this might have caused the system to auto cancel the order". She didn't realise my order was above Rs. 400. And most importantly, their portal doesn't have minimum order criteria mentioned. When encountered, she didn't had anymore reasons to give. 7. I'm taking out this much of time to put down a review of what's the current status of business #freshproduceshoppe is running. I always try to support small, neighbourly businesses, but seems like this is one incompetent timepass venture, which is slated for doom. And this for the business owners, Order no. is already provided. Don't bother with botfed scripts of asking contact details for any resolutions which your aren't going to provide. Thanks for Nothing!!

Amazing shop for purchase fresh fruit and vegetables.loved it.

I used to buy fruits, veggies and dry fruits from Fresh Produce Shoppe(FPS) while I was in India. Now I have moved to UAE and use them to deliver Fruits to my family and friends on special occasions. I would like to highlight that even though I am not personally buying by selecting the fruits for gifting, with FPS I am assured that choicest and fresh fruits are delivered while gifting. They specifically ensure that the fruits that are going as gifts are top class and the several orders I have placed have always got excellent feedback from the recipients. I understand they have been existence for more than 2 decades. I wish them loads of success and hope they continue to offer great services to people in vicinity.
