Mehrauli Sabji Mandi

Mehrauli Sabzi Mandi is a unique place where business is brisk and every body is accommodative of the needs of others. As a result what looks improbable becomes possible at this place. For such a nice place with enthusiastic people it was appalling to see poorly maintained roads , open drains and poor aesthetics. Clearly there is need for improvement towards the better.

Good place for fruits & veggies shopping. Lots of variety and rates are reasonable. The place is not very clean, as expected from a non-mall environment. 2 wheeler parking is available and taking 4 wheeler is not a good choice because of narrow overcrowded mehrauli road which becomes even narrower with rampant encroachment.

Very crowded mandi, you will get all types of vegetables here

Great. Fresh vegerables and fruits on wholesale rates. Very cheap and shopkeepers are very well behaved. Also one can get all type of groceries and condiments, etc. at very reasonable rates. Remembet one thing as this place is only accessible by a two wheeler and not by a car.

Good place to buy quality fruits vegetables and paneer at affordable rates. Need to go early morning to avoid traffic and crowd. I went there at 7:00 AM and it was manageable. Could park my scooter. In case you reach late parking could be a problem.

It was in 2003 or 2004 I had first visited Mehrauli Sabji Mandi. Since then I am a regular visitor every week or more frequently, as per need. We can buy fresh vegetables there, fruit shops are fewer in number. Mehrauli Sabji Mandi caters to a large area. As Mehrauli is well connected by DTC buses many people commute by buses to buy their share of vegetables.

The best place to buy all fresh vegetables and fruits in Mehrauli. Very pocket friendly and has a large difference in price compared to the outside shops nearby. All types of vegetables are available here even on the off season. But the place is very crowded. It is inside the Mehrauli market. And the walking way of the mandi is dirty. The management and shop keepers should keep the place clean for customers.

My experience at Mehrauli Sabji Mandi was quite good. I found a decent variety of fresh vegetables and the prices were reasonable. 🥕🥦 The market felt lively and the vendors were friendly, making the shopping trip pleasant. 👍 It's a solid option for daily grocery needs. 😊 …
