This Sabzi Mandi has a lot of shops. Its an evening market where we get fresh vegetables. We may get all those sabzis which are difficult to get from vegetable thelewalas or safal shop.
It is a quaint little market serving the community of government servants residing in the surrounding colony but specifically to the Kalibari Marg area. It is a roadside market having no shops, but the vegetables and fruits spread out over the pavement on both sides of the lane just before the Kendriya Vidyalaya.
This vegetable market caters all verities of vegetables to the families of central government employees residing around in affordable price. Superb. Centrally located nearby Laxmi Narayan Temple, Lord Thirumal Balaji, Talkotara Stadium and the famous Dr. RML Hospital.
All the fresh fruits and vegetables you need to buy are available here with chicken and fish too. Mkt opens at 5pm upto 10pm in the evening so it's a boon for office goers. Its the only place in connaught place área where such variety is available. Obviously its all street vendors so don't expect mall like atmosphere.
You'll get fresh groceries here. Vehicle access is there. The quality of vegetables are good since the get fresh everyday. Sellers are friendly and kind. Safe place for adults and children.
You won't be getting much of vegetables Shop size is small Less varieties of vegetables and they don't sell fruits Good for those who need basic Vege's for daily needs If u need fresh fruits and vegetables and at good price then nearby place I would recommend is paharganj
Fresh vegetables and fruits come daily , market starts in the evening around 4 pm. Good variety and price is also value for money.
A very popular market for vegetables which starts in evening and is up to 10 :00 PM , mainly place of fresh vegetable,, beside some household items like spices, utensils, only a few vendors of fruits are seen , only cash is accepted. Adequate parking is available, polythene bags still in use here, public convenience is also ver nearby, some chinese food items also there
