This app is fraud, they deducted my money twice without giving the product. I have complained for 3-4 days but they lied to me about delivery. All my money got wasted because of this fraud company who steals from their customers.

Using it for past 17 days & Milk Quality is Amazing like in my village with good price . I don't understand why people complaining about their service. But I receive milk daily at my door step 6:00 am sharp(failed to deliver 1 day). I filed a compaint on the app and received call back the next day. Please be paitient about customer service, dairy business is a risky one with lot of comp. For being a farmer I know, no matter how hard we try but quality control still depends on many external factors. We supply buffalow milk in my village to parag and mother dairy and we receive rates on the basis of amount of fat and specific gravity. Initially we get around 60 rupees/l which later goes upto 85/l ( 90 for Murrah Buff milk). So trust me their price is justified for the quality we are receiving. Also, they called me and provided me with best offers and discounts. It would be much better if I could get milk in returnable glass bottles like many local dairies instead of plastic. I would happily pay the one time glass bottle charges.

Their app is full of glitches. The prices of products will keep on chaging very frequently wothout any proper information. Infact the milk is not pure A2 cow milk. I have confirmed it with one of their executive only. They fails to deliver the free products on time. You will have to call them for the free products and it is not confirmed whether the product will be delivered or not. Not a pure A2 milk but also not pure A1 milk.

Fraud company -Called multiple times to take a trial delivery, though I was hesitant but still took a chance for 1ltr milk pack and paid them in advance by UPI. They did not deliver the milk and did not picked my call either. Poor management and customer service experience - fraud company
