Doodhvale Farms - A2 Desi Cow Milk In Delhi NCR

Customer care service is very bad. No one picks up even after calling several times. The next day, when the call came in the afternoon, there was a lot of burden in answering the questions. The behavior and communication of the customer care cannot be called satisfactory. As far as checking the quality of the product is concerned, firstly the behaviour of the person giving the product is not right, then the matter of taking the product is second.

Horrible service, It marks items delivered, but items are not delivered, on calling delivery partner it redirects to their customer care, who doesn't responds in 20 calls. by chance when they respond, they say its ok, we will see the issue, and trying to sell their products. This is the complaint ID. 37729

The products from Doodhvale are outstanding the quality and taste. The milk is very creamy and taste is also great just like the milk we used to get in home directly from the animal dairy.

I came across Doodhvale while they had set up a camp in my society. The concept itself felt great and I quickly took their 15 days trial subscription. I must say, their milk quality, both buffalo and cow, is great and tastes good as well. Also, the ghee is pure and danedar which is how I love it. I also tried their safed makkhan and even that is fantastic. Overall I have had a pretty good experience with them till now and would everyone to trust Doodhvale!

Pathetic company I ordered the milk from their website just for the trial basis. I made a prepaid order and received the bottle on the next day. I didn't find the quality of the milk to be as good as I get from a dairy near my home. Hence after that I did not placed any order. But they kept on delivering the milk to my house. I was out of station hence my family members didn't knew that I had not ordered the milk when I came back I found that they made a bill of more than 500 rupees on me. Conclusion: the company just want to sell their milk and keep your bill growing even if you haven't ordered the milk

Not providing in 1000ml cutting 100ml in ghee bad marketing

Custcare service is pathetic no one picking also i took prime membership but not received benefits and charged me full amount of milk . Full misguide

Initial experience is great and better than competitors. User experience was good as well. Customer support team is flawless and helps in every aspect they can. Must try at once.

Request for refund was raised on 31st May and today it’s been 11 days with no reply or response from your side and the customer care also does not take it seriously. Although original order was placed on 18th May, still no resolution from their side

I stay in North Delhi and must say this is one of the best service I can find to order milk, dairy products and veggies. First of the commitment and consistency of delivery is top notch , be it monsoon rains or extreme winters of Delhi the delivery has been done without fail. The quality of product like Paneer, milk, breads is of top quality. Even veggies 90% of time is of good quality and whenever there is an issue with quality the money is refunded back after submitting the feedback of the same. So overall I am very happy with services of Doodhvale. Good work Doodhvale team, thanks for making our lives easier, just keep the quality of products at its par always :)
