Doodhvale Farms - A2 Desi Cow Milk In Delhi NCR

I started using this app recently and my experience have been fantastic. Milk deliveries are very convinent. Quality of milk is also very good.

I have tried their milk and bread so far. Extremely good quality of milk, it is thick and tasty. Also, bread was very fresh and tasty. I am keen to try their other products as well

Best quality milk in the market, ensuring safety and health through direct delivery from the farm and multiple testing processes. Grateful to my office colleague for introducing me to Doodhvale app.

Fraud Company, Chemical based milk dete hai aur phir wallet me jo amount hai wo refund tak nai karte, logo ki health ke sath khel rahe h, customer care service to itni wrost hai call cut kar deti hai jaise he complaint karo

The best delivery app for milk & milk products at your doorsteps. The milk quality is better than the local dairy and the app is very convenient to use. Doodhvale provides the best offers for daily consumers like me.

It's taste is very nice , service is very good. I also refer this app to my friends or family. Thank you for giving as a best quality of milk

Quality of milk, curd and paneer is good. However the service is poor. There is no way to unsubscribe from the service. I have subscribed to both - cow milk and buffalo milk. On some days I want both types of milk, on some days I want only cow or buffalo milk and on some days I do not want any milk. The App does not regulate the order properly. It cancels only one type of milk and not both types of milk. The call lands up in call centre. There is no way to contact a Customer Care Manager who can resolve our difficulty. The SMS registers the plus order but it does not register the minus order.

Although quality is good, they do not give complete quantity. Ghee 900ml bottle always contains 50-60ml less.

"I recently subscribed to the milk delivery service offered by the doodhwale. While the quality of the milk is undoubtedly good, I initially had some concerns regarding their offers and customer service. Specifically, they advertised a 5+5 offer, where you get 5 days of free delivery after paying for 5 days. However, after the initial 5 days, they denied the free delivery, citing that it had been 3 days since the offer was activated. But I'm pleased to say that the doodhwale team took my feedback seriously and reached out to me to resolve the issue. They listened to my concerns, apologized for the misunderstanding, and promptly resolved the issue. I'm impressed with their commitment to customer satisfaction and their willingness to make things right. Overall, I'm happy with the service provided by the doodhwale and would recommend them to others. Their milk quality is good, and their customer service is top-notch. Thank you, doodhwale, for taking my feedback seriously and providing a great customer experience!"

Extremely poor service. Many times delivery suspended without any reasons and without prior notice. Firstly there is no phone number provided for delhi customers and if we call head office that is in Mumbai we get answer that delivery person is on the way and after waiting time , suddenly we get notification that sorry we can't deliver milk today . There staff don't know the exact position. Sometimes I get answer sorry ma'am suddenly all delivery boy took leave .... It's very unprofessional !! For money they are very professional means if by mistake we if don't recharge or don't pay money in advance they never deliver milk . Local vendors are much better .
