Doodhvale Farms - A2 Desi Cow Milk In Delhi NCR

Insensitive. My father a senior citizen used to take their Buffalo milk regularly. Once it turned out to be putrid and immediately I brought to their attention next day and after several phones and feedback also given, they did not replace the packet even though the expiry date was still valid. Instead they wanted my father to send a photo which he didn't know that he had to take and he also does not use a smartphone either. This has been a bitter experience for him.

Taste of cow milk was below average . I didn't liked at all rest the services are good like timely delivery and app experience was pretty good .

They and there app both are fraud they are not serviceable in my area but they didn't show on there app and when once when credit amount they didn't refund me my amount

The quality of milk is good but the consistency of milk can be improved more . There should be a wide variety of choices in milk selection . There are limited choices available in milk section .

I started taking Milk from August 2021,in quality wise the milk was fine ,but in terms of Dilvery it is worst to take milk from them.It is better to take milk from another brand who can Dilver on daily basis, rather than relining on them.I will suggest not to take milk from them.

Incomplete milk testing kit. So a way to prevent quality check? Why should customer pay higher prices if quality is same? No glass bottle for buffalo milk. Why?

Milk quality is excellent and also great customer support experience.

Best delivery service in Delhi NCR, milk and milk products are also of better quality than other brands. Need to improve curd quality

"Doodhvale's milk products are a delight for health-conscious consumers. The milk is rich and creamy, showcasing superior quality. Their range of dairy products, from yogurt to paneer, maintains the same high standard. The freshness and purity of Doodhvale's offerings make them a trusted choice for those seeking wholesome and delicious dairy options."

I ordered fruits and the quality was pathetic. Coconut size was smaller than mango sizes. No proper response even after poinnting out. Only refunded Rs. 24/- for 3 coconuts without adequate water. Not even refunding money from prepaid wallet, though initially mentioned hassle free refund in newspaper advertisement.
