Jain Provision Store

Visiting the JPS since 1990; and it's famous among the localites for groceries, utilities, packaged snacks, branded items. During weekends, public holidays and festive season (s), JPS witness huge rush. Earlier JPS wasn't customer friendly in dealing with customers, but now it's improving day by day. Quality of Groceries items whether open or packaged is top-notch. My humble suggestion is that they should deploy electronic bill machines and automated waiting coupons which will bring JPS on par with today's times although that requires a lot of change/guts in one's mindset and willpower. JPS is cashing on its past deeds/legacy, and hopefully will continue to do so in future as well, but a change in mindset will do wonders not only for JPS as well as it's clients. Keep flourishing! Visited lastly on 24th November 2020 @ 11.15 am and presented two orders slips for about 35 items and it took 50 minutes to complete the orders. After reaching home, upon cross-check, it was found that JPS made a huge blunder in one of the bills to it's own detriment. That's why, use of automated billing machine is very important now-a-days reducing the possibility of manual billing errors and omissions. Visited JPS on 18th December 2020 and paid excess amount to the JPS Sole Proprietor.
