I am highly delighted by their service. you can get almost everything out here. must visit.
Very good place for shopoing...... Good collection of all types of groceries n frozen foods...... Specially For North East people its like one stop solutions.....
Very good shopping experience!! Extremely friendly and helpful staff!
I dont know who is in charge of sarfdarjung mart but she is seriously undeserved reckless person.. she has a lot of attitude. I don't know what is she think of herself.. I bought 4 items from the shop and they missed to put 1 item and when I request them to deliver to my address then she make a silly excuse by saying they have less staff and couldn't deliver but I requested to deliver me next day then she didn't care to respond to my message and instead she throw her cheap attitude and said we can't deliver now.. if this kind of service is employ in your shop i am not interested and will tell everyone about this.. such a poor service
The staff are not at all friendly. Some of them do not even shy away from misbehaving. There is this one young fellow. I was attending an urgent office call and he came to me told me if I took permission from them to speak on the phone call. I was like 'Tu hota kaun hain bey'... but I was on call so I did not respond (like I intended to). The truth is I stood in one corner near the main door in the side where there are no customers. Who was I disturbing? Am I in some sort of a library where I can't take an urgent call? Now this permission thing made me feel weird. Perhaps the owner of 29 Fresh Mart should consider hiring "educated" and "well-behaved" staff.
Visited the store and surprised by seeing variety of products they have at such a place. Go and find your desired products. They also advance book your order if it is not in stock. They also have veriety of imported items.
