We were treated like low class people. They called us Chingki and did not allow us to buy things. Also, the owner kept following us telling us "tum log chor hai".

The store owners are bunch of cheats. They sell products without MRP at any price. I bought Mode chocolates 12 piece of 500 gm each. They sold me for rupees 190 while the MRP is jus Rs 85. It was not a mistake as he gave me few pieces of Karachi bakery chocolate bars those too without MRP at Rs 190 each. The explanation from the owner was that they get without MRP.. when I realised that I have been cheated and went back to them they kept arguing by saying that they have buying at high price. So be aware of these cheats.

It's a neat and clean self service departmental store,where you are also helped by the staff. Prices are very competitive . They also offer home delivery.

Food quality is usually ok, however the manager refused to address any quality issues with their own products, stating that there's no liability or condition not obligation to do so. He believes that their products are perfect & that customers can never be right. We've spent a lot here. He insists that we keep our personal bag at the front, yet takes no responsibility in case of theft. We spent 2mins & he said that we've taken 15mins & need to hurry up. He asked us to leave... Quite arrogant As per another customer's review, it's true - their daals are stale at times & have infestation. Only exchanged 2 items over 1.5y & they feel sore about it. They unreasonably advise & expect customers to store dry food in the fridge. Upon questioning the humidity, they reply sarcastically, 'don't act smart & change your behaviour'. Ironically it's just the 2 owners (father & son presumably) who are pompous. They don't even know how to smile or acknowledge our Namaste. Most other ancillary staff are actually quite courteous. Their neighbours Rajasthan flour mills are much more humble & have better pricing + variety.

Reasonable prices and good quality products. The store is well - organized with clearly marked sections that made it easy to navigate. Staff was friendly and helpful, offering assistance when needed without being intrusive

I found a good house of groceries,with competitive prices and offers. Easy exchange process and the quality of dals , spices,dry fruits and rice were upto the mark. They offer same day delivery.

Wide variety of goods. Most items are at competitive prices. Dried fruits and nuts are a bit expensive.
