Mittal store

I had the worst phone call conversation on my very first attempt. They answer the phone and put it on the table and yep, you wait and wait and wait, takes the order and after one hour wait when you call back they inform that they do not have your requested item. What a management. So i did find another shop and a customer whom could connect with for a life time is now lost and connected with another shop.

Pathetic cashiers ! Terribly rude , insolent and egoistic . They think that they own the shop and don't know that they are surviving on their customers money .

Such a bad customer service. Ordered castor sugar, they said they’ll get it, I waited for 20 minutes, they don’t know which staff they sent to get it. I left the store empty handed.

Every thing here is good but the cashiers are too slow. They don't care if the customers is waiting or if he leaves. Specially the new ones are totally lame. I would request Mr. Mittal to please tell them to work more faster. -2 stars just because of them else everything is good.

Good for shopping household consumables for the palate has improved with more variety of consumer goods. BUT Afraid there is no parking. Need to find a convenient spot nearby and then walk down. Has expanded and improved. But still NO PARKING nearby.

I know this store since I was a toddler, when my grandmother used to take me to this shop holding my hand. Which was almost a kilometre far crossing other 50 grocery shops for this special one. Since that time I had seen growing this shop depth and then eventually turning into self pick up store. Though the entrance of the shop is same and likes like a normal shop but it serves best products at discounted rates.

This is a wonderful store, but it's always wise to examine the expiration dates before making a purchase. Additionally, while they have a bakery, the quality is not quite up to par.

It's departmental store where buy good things and cheap price
