The attitude was basically “buy it if you want, otherwise leave,” which is not how customers should be treated. Both the quality and service did not meet expectations. The experience is defined by a jarring lack of professionalism, where staff prioritize personal phone calls over assisting customers. Inquiries about stock or pricing are met with dismissive, one-word answers and a condescending "take it or leave it" attitude that feels remarkably out of place in Delhi’s competitive market. The store's physical clutter, combined with a total lack of product expertise, makes browsing a chore. With a sluggish checkout process and flimsy packaging, the store shows zero regard for customer satisfaction, effectively burning its reputation through pure apathy.

I am there old customer from last 5 years. They are very good in customer handling, respect there customer alot and give very good service. High recommended for any shopkeeper to buy goods from them and sell at very good margin.

Main UP se hun , inse regular saman le rha 7-8 saal se humesha market se km rate hote hai, aur bahut jldi delivery mil jate hai saman ke. Aur latest items mil jaate hai inke pass jinko bech kr acha margin mil jata hai

Very disappointing experience. The owner's @Hitesh behaviour was rude and unprofessional. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, but that was completely lacking during my visit. I hope they improve their attitude and customer service in the future.

Sabse sasta aur best quality aur bahut achi variety main saman milta hai bhaistore per aur service bhi ekdum fast hai. Mere Yeh 2 parcel bahut ache se pack krke mile hai. Thank you
