Product is good and services are very nice
Not much stock and also they initially quote higher than online price. Later on mentioning they match the price. Also they do not answer the call or call back
Good gadgets and very good sales persons to guide you, might be bit pricey than online but you get personalized gadgets of new lots not old dusty ones .....
Why do you guys put the phone numbers online, when you don’t even pick it up
We just had got the great service from kotak finance and croma Specially the boy kartik guide us in so gentle way
I had bought a fridge, there are no plates to stand under it, neither the customer care people pick up the phone nor the store people are of any use.
Today i have purchased oneplus 9R form Croma by tata. The personal shopper is Mr. Anand was there from oneplus to assist us. He very kind and professional.

Nice store and service , however variety could be increased , ... Comparing to peers , variety in Croma is decreasing , which could be a focus area fir future growth plan.
