Nice experience and dev was awesome staff
Great service and experience, Bhumika, Prakash and Laxmi were very helpful and helped me pick a good product. Highly recommend Croma!!
Nice place yo buy gadgets, buy cant buy items whic are available in the world, they only keep latest products, anyway, it was a good place.
Croma being a Tata group venture, no doubt they keep and hold the benchmarks and keep.pushing the existing standards . My all electrical home appliances are from Croma stores only. Either in Delhi, Bhopal or Kerala!
Verry poor service.. the costumer care service is the one of the worst team am ever scene ,minimum 50 times to call the customer care they never resolve the problem
It’s been 8-10 days my product is still not installed, worst customer support ever , manipulative people , full of lie , over all worst experience with Croma saket
Just they have target to sell things only don't tell anything of warranty what is process ,I bought additional warranty from Tata Croma Saket for my AC ,after one year they are sharing contact and details.Just wastage of time .Poor management.
