Had amazing beauty services experience at KritiDS. The staff were friendly especially Shivani & Sarita and the services were excellent. Highly recommend for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

The services at Kritids salon are beyond words. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. They are all professionals in their own ways. It is my go to place for everything and it should be everybody’s!

The worst experience I ever had at a makeup studio. I paid 7K for a 15 minutes makeup which included applying all the products and blending none. The price was for MAC products, but the way it looked on my face I'm sure that they were not even close to MAC. I booked a senior artist. And trust me she was least interested in making you satisfied about the makeup. She kept on giving lame reasons why the makeup is dry, flaky and that it would settle. FYI, the whole party, it didn't settle. How would it, without the blending? Making fool out of customers. No doubt the hair stylist was good. She made sure I was happy with my hair even though it took some time.

I went to get my hair coloured for the second time as I got balayage done by this salon only for the first time and I loved it thats why. But this time it was really disappointing, I clearly mentioned that I dont want BLEACH, and not that light color, I wanted something more warmer from the color I already had. The guy (Vishal) suggested to go for global even though I wasn't sure as he said that my hair already has 2 shades so it will not look good if I go for balayage again, he said that first he’ll even out my hair color then he’ll add the warmer color I want. I was like okay, then he mentioned that if you want no bleach then there is this new brand haircolor from turkey that will give you the same look but its NO BLEACH, it was very expensive but cus I didnt have much time as i was getting it done for a function due in 2 days, I agreed. After that he didnt even asked me to select the shade from the shade card, i thought maybe he is first evening out my hair color, but no, after first application I went for a wash, and during that wash he added some mixture of color on my hair, and i doubted that this process is done while bleaching, then when he dried my hair, the shade was so light like blondish, mixed with brown highlights- it didnt look like global, I was about to cry- I mentioned that this is not the color I explained it to you- he said that wait it will look nice after styling. I just got furious and honestly that wasnt even looking good on my face, he then agreed to do a darker shade and he just quickly applied a darker shade on that and though it looked good after that but I wasnt happy. After a week when i washed, my hair got so dry and damaged just like it gets when you bleach- like literal damaged and while washing it got so tangled, I changed my shampoo and it got a bit better but I was sure that He used bleach because it didnt happen the first time i got colored, and now its been 3 months- that shade has almost faded away and my hair color is so light, looks like golden highlights. I went to another salon for a haircut and he said that your hair has beeb bleached and I felt so betrayed, eveb after paying double amount and mentioning that i dont want bleach, I got this. My previous hair texture cant be back now, It has been better after using hair masks and stuff but ISTG I WONT EVEN RECOMMEND THIS SALON NOW. THANK YOU FOR RUINING MY HAIR! Services Hair coloring

Its always a pleasure to visit kritids salon. The whole staff is very warm and welcoming. Loved the hydra facial done by meenu. And simran did fab nails.

Amazing services …. Never ever disappointed me .. Being connected with them from past 7 years… junior artist , senior artist all the hughly appreciable .. Recently i visited them fir my sisters engagment .. There was one hairstylist named Imran … He is just wwwwwwooooowwwww …. 💓💓

On 6th dec, I came with my daughter for party makeup, it cost me 6k for both makeup and everybody in the party was complaining about my hair style ,it was so weird , even their hair stylist made my hair so much CHIPKOo it spoiled my entire look, wlii never ever visit again.
