I got my hair streaks done from them..in first setting there was no colour at all as they were in hurry and removed the colour much earlier than the required time..so when i called them again saying not happy as streaks are not visible they called me again to the salon and this time they coloured all my hairs leaving only few streaks in between..not happy with the result at all plus this double colouring has made my hair so rough..i completely lost the shiny texture of my hair after the visit..plus the manager sitting there is too rude..staff is still considerate..I don’t why she has so much attitude..she is long associated with the salon but her attitude what to say.. The most amazing makeup artists u can ever come across. I got my bridal makeup from Kriti... And the look couldn't have been better. Their Whole team is so professional and amazing.. Including the two magical sisters. I wanted to get my engagement makeup from there as well but the dates were not available. And every time I see a engagement bride on their page, I keep regretting for contacting them so late. Definitely going to them again... Lots and lots of love and blessings to them. 💋😆😘😘

Hi, Got my engagement and bridal makeup done by Kriti.I had travelled from far place and my venues were also far from the salon. Despite this I selected Kriti ds for my D-Day based on her reviews and popularity. Pros: 1. Kriti is flawless on makeup. 2. Her team is helpful. Cons: 1. Just got only 15 mins of Kriti to do the face makeup. 2. She didn't check the overall look or bother to suggest the hair style. 3. Her staff were complaining to each other about the job and salon while doing the hair base 4. I wasn't satisfied with my hairstyle on engagement but the hairdresser insisted that it looked well so I went ahead with it.But despite that I wasn’t happy with my hair style . Something similar happened on my wedding day too, but this time it was redone. You’ll get only 15mins with Kriti DS so not worth the travel from a far off place. I was happy with my wedding look but not so much with engagement. However Thank you to the team would be happy to see if improvements are made in the future.

Did not like the overall experience of getting ready for my reception for the price paid. The reels and reviews online makes you feel very good of the whole vibe of this place, but sadly it was just about finishing the work asap for them. 0. They do not care about your hair at all, no heat protection spray is applied. And they easily finish an entire bottle of hair spray for every step of the hairdo. 1. They charge as per the event, when there is absolutely no difference in the services offered. ( Why go for reception and pay double the price when you can get the same for half if you mention engagement) Even the lady at the reception could not explain me why. 2. If you are paying a premium price, you expect everything to be included. But they charge extra for the hair accessory, extension etc. And they are a lot overpriced. 3. The quality of the service is bad, multiple people asked if I wanted to get nail paint done when clearly the shades were not matching. And the one they applied was so pathetic I had to change again before my event. 4. There is no music, no enthusiastic people wanting to get you ready and look the best for your event. Overall very dead vibe even though the facilities look good from outside. 5. The HD makeup gets caky after a while. I wanted a natural look but got a fair dolled up one with glitter eye shadow and dark kajal. Will not recommend this place to anyone especially for your special days. I had a better experience in my local area parlour.

Richa is so amazing! I never ended up doing a trial with her, my schedule and flexibility just did not allow me to, but she had such wonderful raving reviews that I trusted it would be ok. And all her reviews were so right! She made me look and feel so gorgeous, as well as all of my bridesmaids and my mother. Even before I met her, through all my email exchanges with her, she was so professional and so nice! I highly recommend using Richa, you will be so happy that you did! thanks
