I’m a KritiDs 2025 bride 💍✨ First of all, let me talk about Kriti ma’am — she is truly one of the cutest and most down-to-earth persons. The way she treats you and makes you feel comfortable is just amazing. I always mention everywhere that she is my favourite ❤️ Both of my wedding functions were done from KritiDs only, and even when I needed some “me-time” for my beauty prep, KritiDs Salon was always my first choice. My entire pre-bridal journey was with them, and honestly, it’s not just my favourite salon but my mom’s favourite too 💕 The staff 😘 — such absolute sweethearts! When the services are top-notch, every penny feels completely worth it, and to be honest, it truly is worth it. Thank you so much Kriti ma’am and KritiDs Salon for making my bridal journey so special ✨🌸

I had a wonderful experience at Kriti Ds Salon and I’m extremely happy with the services. A very special and heartfelt appreciation for Mr. Shiva, who did an absolutely fantastic job with my hair. His work was outstanding — from understanding exactly what would suit me to executing it with perfection. The styling was elegant, long-lasting, and done with so much patience and professionalism. His expertise and attention to detail truly stood out and made a huge difference to my overall look. I would also like to thank Ms. Neha for the beautiful makeup. It was done very tastefully and complemented the hairstyle perfectly.

I’ve noticed a significant decline in customer experience when the makeup isn’t done by Kriti herself. Last year, my experience was excellent, which is why this visit felt especially disappointing. The makeup done by the junior artist was quite poor. The staff came across as unprofessional and, at times, rude. They were not receptive to client input, which made the experience frustrating. My mother’s makeup turned patchy within a few hours, and instead of acknowledging the issue, the team responded defensively. We were told that pigmentation cannot be hidden—but isn’t that exactly what color correction is meant to address? Additionally, the hairstyling team was not open to suggestions and seemed intent on imposing their own preferences rather than listening to the client’s needs. This lack of collaboration made the overall experience even more disappointing. It feels like as the business has scaled, it has lost the personal touch and quality that once set it apart.

I visited the salon for Botox treatment and couldn’t be happier with the results. I was a bit nervous, but Kashish was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained the procedure thoroughly, and ensured I was comfortable the entire time. His technique was precise and gentle. If you're planning to get Botox or any other hair service, definitely ask for Kashish—he is just amazing at what he does. Big shoutout to other staff members too who constantly asked if im feeling comfortable or do i need something. Services Hair treatments
