From the very first consultation, the experience was absolutely top notch. The team took the time to understand my hair, my expectations and explained the entire hair color process so patiently and clearly. Their knowledge (Mr. Dinesh) about hair color, care and what would suit me best was truly impressive. Every step was done with so much care and professionalism. Kudos to the staff Ms Uzma and the entire kriti ds team (wo kehte h na jesa leader hota h wese hi unki team hoti h and this is so true) They all were so polite, attentive, and well-managed. You can genuinely feel the positive coordination and teamwork throughout the salon. Overall, it was a beautiful experience from start to finish. Great service and loved the work. Vipin sir is wonderful and gave me the exact hair color I wanted!

I couldn’t have asked for a better bridal makeup experience! She did an absolutely fabulous job—everything was just perfect, from the makeup to the overall service at the salon. Despite being such a well-known and talented artist, she is incredibly down to earth and made me feel so comfortable throughout. I was quite particular about my lipstick shade and asked her to change it three times, and she patiently did it each time until I was completely satisfied. That level of dedication truly meant a lot to me. A big shoutout to her amazing team as well—everyone was so kind, professional, and attentive. The draping was done flawlessly and added the perfect finishing touch to my look. I want to mention this specially that noone asked me to write this review. Writing this just to say thanks to Kriti and her team. Highly recommend her to every bride-to-be looking for perfection on their big day! 💕

Had the most amazing experience at Kriti DS Salon 💇🏻‍♀️✨ I got my hair color done here and I’m honestly in love with the results! The team is so professional and really takes the time to understand what you want. The color looks super natural, shiny, and exactly what I was hoping for (even better 🤍). The whole experience felt very comfortable and premium. Highly recommend Kriti DS Salon if you’re planning a hair makeover — you’ll walk out feeling like a new person! 💯
