prices are less than online shopping they give proper bill and warranty of each item is provided by the manufacture from the date of bill (purchase date) i7 7700 online price was 27000 rs i got it for 22000 at cost to cost same for mother board z270 msi pc mate it costed online 13000 rs i got it for 9360 rs at cost to cost they only charge 5% on the bill amount and payment above 10000 rs u need to provide photo copy of id proof if u pay in cash by card payment no such requirement is needed (they handle customer fairly and prices are fixed and way less than market price) one can even cross check it also they dont entertain bargain for even a 1 Rs kindly go dere with full knowledge of what u wanna buy check the product prices online and combinations. its always better to buy from trusted brand and proper bill than try to save 500 Rs or 800 Rs from other shops which dont provide proper service after sales. after all you dont buy computers or laptops every day

Reasonable price for almost all items, and they are very proud and arrogant about it, Recently I purchased a printer and I had been customer with them since 2012, I had referred many customers to them for purchase of Penddrives, hard drives, printer to custom built PC, on my recent purchase of printer, inasked them in a gentle way can I get some additional discount I have been your customer since long, and the reply arrogantly was " tum ek hi printer karid rahe ho 20 Loge to bhi koi discount nahi hai, lena hai to thik warna ja sakte ho" if they really have a owner who cares about customer which I doubt now, they must throw away such employees, not providing discount may be your business decision as you sell at very reasonable price, but when someone is saying I have customer since long, the least you can do is be polite to them, in fact you must be polite to every customer

Bekar service hai over price hai sare components aur laptop thik karvao toh ghatia quality ki thermal paste lag kar de dete hai motherboard khrb kar dete hai

Great experience. They told me the exact issue was the faulty charger and not motherboard like every other repair shop was telling. Replaced charger and laptop started working fine. Honest & Genuine people.

Went to this computer parts store to buy a monitor for a friend. Options were as limited as a desert oasis, and the staff was as helpful as a chocolate teapot. 😒 Despite my research, they kept pushing another brand like a used car salesman. 🥴 When it came time to pay, they took 30 minutes to print a bill! 🕰️ Seriously, I think they were trying to set a new world record for slowness. It felt like they wanted to make the experience as miserable as possible. Next time, I'll go to another shop for computer parts. 3 stars ⭐⭐⭐ just for the great monitor. For staff behavior, even 0 stars would be too generous. 😅😂

I recently tried to purchase RAM from cost to cost, but unfortunately my experience was quite disappointing. Before purchasing, I simply asked if they could check the RAM on my PC to confirm whether it was compatible and would work properly. Instead of helping with a basic compatibility check, I was told that whether I buy it or not is “not their problem.” I found this attitude extremely rude and unprofessional, especially when I was actually there intending to purchase the product. On top of that, I was not comfortable with the pricing and felt that the overall experience was more like being overcharged rather than being properly advised.

They sell old dated products. Bought consistent 512 GB SDD on 13th June, 2026 (with sticker showing APR 2025 on it) and on verification for online warranty from Consistent, its showing the date of purchase 01/09/2025 and warranty till 01/10/2030. Now, who is going to be responsible for the missing period of 9 and 1/2 months warranty (from 01/09/2025 to 13/06/2026). Will Cost to Cost bear it?
