Parul Garg is the best makeup artist in Gurgaon and Delhi ncr. She has an amazing talent and her work speaks volumes. I got my bridal makeup done from her and it turned out to be the best decision in my wedding. It was flawess. I couldn't have looked better. Thank you Parul and her amazing staff

I got dolled up by the senior stylist Rajani from Parul Garg Make up salon. I couldn't book Parul cause it was not possible for me to come to her salon located in Gurgaon, wherein my wedding venue was Greater Noida and my wedding was on a weekday. Everyone knows how Delhi NCR traffic is on weekdays. For a bride it's better to get things at one place, cause in between rituals and other things you get very tired. Also, you get cold feet with everything, so better to keep things at ease. But yeah, I was following Parul and other makeup stylists on IG. There are commendable artist available in Delhi. In Delhi you will get a lot many artist who are doing remarkable jobs. But the pricing is equal or more rather double than the cost of the lehenga you are wearing. I am not somebody who will be willing to pay so much. So the deciding factor was pricing at PGS is comparatively reasonable wherein she is as famous, experienced and renowned then the other artists. Like any other bride I was worried about my look. I knew how i wanted me to look. But, I haven't had any interaction with the senior stylist I will be getting, before my day. I even went to meet Parul. But may be easy to comfort a bride. Also because Icould not meet the person who will be doing the job. It's not in PGS poilcy But I got Rajani, she first asked me to calm down and gave me some comfort by listening to my expectations and asking me to believe in her. Still with many thoughts, I took a breadth and handed over my look to her, of course sharing what and how i want things. She did the justice. Though there were hiccups that by dupatta wasn't pinned properly and it fell off in between. I don't realise and it looked really bad in the pictures. My fake lashes (one eye) came half out in between but i managed to keep it like that cause that's the thing I wanted the most. It's visible in some of the pictures She colored my hand nails but not my feet nails. I thought it will be a 360-degree thing but she did not do it and I was not comfortable pointing that out. I have a genuine feedback that arrange a conversation, phone or personal between the bride and the stylist. It will add more values to your service. But overall she did a good makeup and i was satisfied with my face art. 3 stars from me to you people.

While the makeup was average but the whole experience wasn't client satisfying. It felt all robotic as if working with machine with no emotions involved. They were kinda stuck to their own process without entertaining client perspective on some instances. Too pushy for lenses even if that irritated the eye. No retouch even if client asked for. No convincing answers either. My face looked so round and asked for contouring which they didn't redo. The quality is okaish but need to work on client experience. Maybe for them it is just another day with multiple brides but for brides it is one hell of an important day.
