I went for a upper lip and forehead waxing and threading on Monday and asked for the peel off wax for the same. The person who came to do threading was a little unsure (as I have sensitive skin). She called a colleague who did the threading and when asked about the peel off wax, she took me to a room and started waxing using the regular rica wax that is used for removing hair of hands and feet. It was quite painful and she dis not even check what portion of forehead, etc. when i asked her to relax she stopped and then had to tell her that needed it to be just half of my forehead. even upper lip, she did the same thing and telling me that it will come off easily. But my forehead and upper lip became read and now has small outbreaks which never happens in case the peel off is used. Extremely bad service and missed asking the name of the lady who did service but never again will visit this place. Traumatic

I went to this place booked occational makeup for 10900 which is too expensive and still they later on made bill of 16900, they initially said I should go for hd make up and said hairstyles and fake lashes is included but later on they upgraded it to airbrush and also charged rs2500 for it, also 800rs for false eyelashes and rs1500 for low quality cheap hair extensions (though i had my own hair extensions which they refused to use). The makeup done by them was also not upto mark as everyone said that I look beautiful without makeup , I haven't paid 16900 to listen this. Worst worst experience.

As they charge a hefty amount of 30K, my hopes were really high. Makeup was good but it was not at all settled. Makeup was wiping off within half an hour on touching the face. That was quite shocking and unbelievable for me. Would not recommend to anyone. Not that great as it seems like from outside world.

WORST EVER EXPERIENCE... THE ARTISTS YOU CAN NEVER TRUST. AS THEY CAN CHANGE THEIR T&C ON THEIR WEBSITE EVEN AFTER ENROLLMENT. PARUL GARG'S STAFF- A round of applause for Shristi and Supriya that the seat which i booked almost 3 months ago with the advance payment, they cancelled without my consent and giving explanation that we have cancelled due to some misunderstanding....and not ready to give the seat back to me.
