Terrible service! I got waxing service she pulled it so badly my whole arm got blue now it turned into black spots!!!! Also, i got root touch up > I don't know what color they’ve used color hardly stayed for a week ! > and stylist used some products on my hair which stayed good for 1 day and then frizzy, dry, and greasy!!! That cost me 2500 bucks!!!!!! Such a bad service totally disappointed with Geetanjali services Services Hairstyling, Hair coloring, Hair treatments

I get my hair colour by Asif and he's just too good. The way he works is absolutely professional and knows his job very well.

Had a great experience visiting here. Vishal was very helpful in identifying my haircare issues and was able to provide useful information. Got a haircut and blow dry.. turned out great! ❤️ Services Hairstyling, Shampoo & conditioning

Had a great experience of facial, hair cut & beard from Dev. If you want a luxurious experience this place is a Must visit

Rude receptionist, she is just money-minded and talks as if she owns the brand. She and the hair dressing staff showed unnecessary attitude. The hair stylists have less knowledge and gave a poor service. Please keep trained staff. The hair stylist was going to receptionist to ask which shampoo to apply. They themselves have no right and common sense. They don’t share the details of products they are using. Why are they kept for hair service then if they are not trained. The whole staff- Just want to earn money. No care for customer’s experience and service. We save money and come, u have no right to show unnecessary attitude. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services I received at the Gitanjali Salon in the Janakpuri branch. I had a very unpleasant experience, and I believe I was overcharged solely because I am from overseas. I had agreed to a price of ₹13,000 for highlights on my medium-length hair. During the consultation, I was advised to include Olaplex to prevent my hair from drying out. While I agreed to this recommendation, I did not inquire about the additional cost of the Olaplex treatment. However, I was charged ₹6,470 on top of the original ₹13,000, which brought my total to ₹19,470. To make matters worse, a friend of mine, who also had the Olaplex treatment, was charged only ₹2,000 for the same service. This discrepancy in pricing is completely unacceptable and feels like a clear case of being overcharged based on my appearance and nationality. I feel deceived by the front desk staff, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious when availing of services at this branch. The pricing appears to be arbitrary and not standardized, which is concerning and unfair. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that future customers do not face the same unfortunate experience D, one have better services and they don’t rob their customers Ritu Kapoor Services Hair coloring
