Geetanjali Salon | Janakpuri

Geetanjali Salon was good. Pleasant environment, knowledgeable staff and courteous. I had a pedicure and a head massage and it was really good. Would definitely go back.

Good and professional service.. would really like to appreciate staff heena for her skilful work and polite conduct ..

The services are really top notch and Deepika was serving me and had great time with her . Really had a good experience. Must try 🥰 …

worst salon.. worst infrastructure.. bad work thics.. not recommended at all for kerastase hair spa.. this is with reference to todays service of kerastase experience hair spa, for which they are suppose to have a separate mandatory room.. a salon is only permitted to do kerastase hair spa if they have a separate room for doing hair spa as per kerastase brand so that customers relax while taking head massage with mandatory hair washing area inside the room .. which for the name sake they have n that too well labelled.. but actually there is no room.. they r only fooling customers n kerastase brand.. they will make u sit inside this room and start ur service and as soon as they wil have a customer for make up, they literally throw u out of this room. They come after every 5 minutes n bang door to tell u to vacant the room so that they can hav make up.. my suggestion to the owner is to have proper infrastructure. Being a luxurious brand, please provide quality service to the customer so that they come again to u.. please dont take appointments for both the services if u hav one room.. u may even check cameras for this, the way ur employee mohit completed the head massage the way it is done in local parlours bcos he was 4 times told in 10 minutes to vacate the room. U r well known brand, the way u r doing business and insulting customers is actually not only spoiling ur reputation but also the reputation of geetanjali who has successfully completed 28 years in this field and hav earned a name with hard work..
